Responsibilities
- Builds applicant sources-generating data- by researching social media, internet sites, and other channels providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on the internet
- Filters and categories applied resumes to get through 1st selection phase.
- Conducts phone screening to narrow down applicants’ list to the next face-to-face interviews.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new practices; monitoring job offers; emphasizing benefits
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
